2 Simple Smoothies

DETOX Green smoothie

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Servings: 2 CUPS

  1. 1 Granny Smith apple
  2. 1 cup of spinach leaves
  3. 2 cups of coconut water
  4. 1/2 cup of sliced pineapple 
  5. 1/2 of ice 
  6. 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds (optional)
  7. 2 ¾-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled & sliced  

Energy boosting Berry smoothie

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

SERVINGS: 2 CUPS

  1. 1/2 cup of raspberries
  2. 1/2 cup of blueberries 
  3. 1/2 blackberries
  4. 1 ripe banana
  5. 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt.
  6. 1/2 of ice
  7. 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Once poured into a class of your choosing, add the 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds on top (optional), mix thoroughly.
  3. ENJOY!
